  • Client data entered voluntarily (for supervised Treatment Copilot use) 
  • Payment information (for premium features or PD enrolments) 
  • Usage analytics for system improvement (aggregated/de-identified)

  • To provide clinical documentation, supervision, and PD services 
  • To generate real-time treatment recommendations in Clinical Copilot 
  • To enable scheduling and communication between supervisors, clinicians, and PD creators. 
  • To verify professional credentials and ensure community integrity 
  • To deliver newsletters and platform updates (opt-out anytime) 
  1. Data Security & Storage
  • Data are encrypted in transit and at rest. 
  • Servers are hosted in Australia (or in your region for international users) and meet ISO 27001 standards. 
  • Role-based access limits data visibility to authorised parties. 
  1. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing headoffice@pdselect.com 
We will respond within 30 days in line with the Privacy Act. 

  1. AI Transparency

All AI features disclose when content is machine-generated or influenced by model inference. 
Clinicians can disable AI assistance or export raw, unprocessed notes at any time. 

All AI-assisted features in PDSelect are designed to support, not replace, clinician judgment. Use of these tools indicates agreement to uphold confidentiality, ethical decision-making, and professional accountability.
